• Promote continuous learning among its member organizations to create better results.

• Share information and research data to assist in building capacities among its members as well as non-members so as to contribute positively to the emergence of a better Philippines.

• Create a holding space for a community of adult learners where they can share their stories on the learning journeys, undertake action research on change initiatives promoting organizational and societal well-being, and provide capacity building programs towards life-long growth and development.
