Aceh, Sensing Journey, May 2012. The Media Group based in Indonesia invited SoL Philippines members Bel Villavicencio and Fides Abad, together with ARMM DepEd officials to visit their schools which were established to cater to the orphans of Aceh in the aftermath of the 2004 earthquake and tsunami which killed over 200,000 people in the region. The Sukma Bangsa School in Bireuen and Pidie (www.yayasan-sukma.org) were established based on Peter Senge’s book  Schools That Learn.
