About Us - Global SoL
The Society for Organizational Learning (SoL) is a global community of corporations, researchers, and consultants dedicated to the "interdependent development of people and their institutions." SoL was founded by Dr. Peter Senge in Boston in April 1997 to continue the work of MIT’s Center for Organizational Learning (1991-1997).
