Maria Soledad D. Lopez
Representative to Global SoL
Marisol Lopez is co-founder of The Rizal Academy for Innovation and Leadership (TRAIL), the Organizational Change Consultants International (OCCI) Center for Learning, Inc. and the OCCI Fullness of Life Foundation. She is also the convenor of the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL) Philippines. She is the Philippine representative to the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL) Global.
Ms. Lopez is an ELIAS Fellow of the Presencing Institute of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, USA. ELIAS standing for Emerging Leaders Innovate Across Sectors.
She co-produced Dr. Peter Senge and C.Otto Scharmer's learning events in Manila. This is to promote Presencing and the Learning Organization in the Philippines.
She co-convened Camp Snowball Philippines to bring a delegation to Camp Snowball USA, who will cascade Education for Sustainability and Systems Thinking in basic education.
She assisted in the transformation of the 100 year old organization, the Knights of Rizal into a learning organization; designs and conducts annual Rizal Youth Leadership Institute (RYLI) conferences with 500 youth leaders and teachers with focus on leadership values.
She was contracted by the Archdiocese of Manila to design and deliver Sons and Daughters Congress (Teens) for the World Meeting of Families held in Manila In 2004. She served as volunteer secretariat for Karangalan - A positive Philippines, social innovation in action in 2005. She also co-founded the Association for Appreciate Inquiry in the Philippines.
She is a counselor, psychologist, and life coach. Ms. Lopez continues to lead in the conduct and facilitation of the Advance Leadership Course, a personal transformation seminar as well as the Art of the Learning Organization.
Ms. Lopez is the President of TRAIL, an alternative business school offering cutting edge change technology. TRAIL conducts learning events for corporations and government institutions. She holds the position of Vice-President for Finance of the OCCI Center for Learning. She is the Treasurer of the OCCI Fullness of Life Foundation.

Bel Villavicencio is an experienced trainer delivering over 200 talks, training and seminars every year. She is a Director of OCCI Global as well as Founding Director and current trustee of the OCCI Fullness of Life Foundation. She is also a member of the Board of The Rizal Academy for Innovation and Leadership (TRAIL).
Ms. Villavicencio is an ELIAS Fellow of the Presencing Institute of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, USA. ELIAS standing for Emerging Leaders Innovate Across Sectors.
A counselor, psychologist, and life coach, Ms. Villavicencio's forte is in facilitating the personal transformation of others to lead to their Personal Mastery.
With her doctoral studies in Educational Leadership and Management and her many years of experience in the field of education, creating learning organizations as well as promoting Systems Thinking in Philippine schools is what is closest to her heart.
Ms. Villavicencio is also an International Trainer for a global company based in Irvine, CA, USA facilitating the Humans Being More Training. Believing in the goodness of each person, Ms. Villavicencio likewise facilitates seminars on Radical Authenticity.

Liza Clarete is a Human Resource and Organization Development Consultant with extensive experience in all areas of human resource, employee training and organization development.
Twenty (20) years experience in operative and effective HR functions covering manpower planning, recruitment, orientation and personnel movement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, and communication.
Specialized in Organization Development and Learning linked to companies value creation processes from talent acquisition to accreditation and rewards management; guided executives and management along the areas of organizational and team leadership, conflict management, problem solving, and people management.
Has solid expertise in conducting organizational diagnosis and interventions related to culture-building like values formation, behavioral foundation learning programs, competency development, and business performance coaching.
Has helped more than 10 organizations in Change Management strategies as a result of change in organization structure, business operating systems, and ownership. Is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has developed, implemented, and managed projects related to performance management, role clarification and evaluation, succession planning, and career management and development.

Patricia L. Poco
Treasurer
Trisha currently serves as the Assistant General Manager of Global Dominion Financing, Inc. (GDFI), one of the Philippines’ largest financing companies. She acquired her Marketing degree from De La Salle University and completed her MBA at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
She graduated from OCCI’s Leadership Excellence Achievement Program (LEAP) in 2009, and eventually gave back to the program as a life coach in LEAP Batch 54.
Seeing herself an eternal student, Trisha initiated the transformation of GDFI to a Learning Organization in January 2013 by joining – together with the organization’s key people – TRAIL’s Tools of a Learning Organization. The learning goes on as the organization continues to discover itself and its role in the whole system.
Trisha is married to Paolo, a banker, and lives with him in San Pedro, Laguna.
