On January 24, 2011, The Rizal Academy for Innovation and Leadership (TRAIL) was launched with Dr. C. Otto Scharmer as keynote speaker for the event. Held at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Quezon City, the occasion also had Senator Francis Pangilinan, Supreme Court Justice Robert Abad, President of Microventures-Hapinoy Bam Aquino, Atty. Pablo Trillana III, Supreme Commander of the Order of the Knights of Rizal and Mr. Nicanor Perlas of the Center for Alternative Development Initiatives as guest speakers.
