18th Annual Pegasus Conference, Boston, MA, USA held on November 17-19, 2008 with the theme “Synergy at Work: Gathering Momentum for Meaningful Performance.” 
 

Five consultants from OCCI namely Marisol Lopez, Gody Eala, Juan Kanapi, Benjie Leogardo and Chona Santos attended the Pegasus Conference and met Peter Senge who encouraged the group to convene the Society for Organizational Learning Philippines (SoL Philippines).
