"Scaling Success: Meeting the Needs of All Learners" was the theme for Camp Snowball 2016 held on July 11-15, 2016 in Sacramento, California, USA. As in the past years, Dr. Peter Senge, author of The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization was the Co- Host of Camp Snowball. He even facilitated a two-hour orientation on Systems Thinking before the opening session. This highly interactive five-day professional development program brought together district-and school-wide teams of teachers, administrators, students and business/community members with renowned leaders in the fields of education and systems thinking. SoL PH Executive Director Bel Villavicencio was joined by Fides Abad, both from The Rizal Academy for Innovation and Leadership, Inc. (TRAIL). Dada Salud of Human Capital Asia, Lei Lava of Fidere ‘YES Consulting Corp., Jacqui Co-Choty and Ana Patricia Cruz of Benedictine International School, Shi Go and Mindy Ho of the Grateful People Community based in Cebu completed the Philippine Team to this year’s Camp.
