Dr. C. Otto Scharmer of the Presencing Institute, MIT came to Manila in January 2011 to facilitate a Deep Dive Retreat held at the Eugenio Lopez Center, Antipolo for those taking the 10-month ELIAS Fellows Program. ELIAS, which started with the Theory U foundation course in Chatham, MA, stands for Emerging Leaders Innovate Across Sectors.
